Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the sby606 website accessible at https://sby606.cam, including all sub-pages, applications, and associated services operated by sby606.
• "Member" / "User" means any individual who has completed the registration process and maintains an active account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon registration, used to access Platform services, manage funds, and place wagers.
• "Balance" means the total Rupiah (IDR) amount held within a Member's account, including both deposited funds and bonus credits separately distinguished.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any financial stake placed by a Member on any game, sporting event, or other betting market offered by the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, cashback, free spin, or reward granted by the Platform under specific qualifying conditions.
• "Turnover Requirement" / "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wagering amount a Member must achieve before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Member may process withdrawals or access certain Platform features.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operations, draw schedules, and customer service hours unless otherwise stated.
• "Rupiah" / "IDR" / "Rp" means the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, being the sole currency accepted and paid out by the Platform.

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are and will remain true at all times during your membership:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) aged 21 years or older. This is Indonesia's applicable adult entertainment age threshold, and sby606 enforces it without exception.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally, and you take sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the Platform is officially blocked, restricted, or required to be licensed under local law in a manner that sby606 does not currently satisfy.
4. You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by yourself, by sby606, or by any other gaming platform or regulatory body.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of sby606 or its technology, payment, or gaming-content partners.
6. You have not previously had an account on the Platform that was terminated for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual may hold exactly one (1) account on the Platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP or passport)
• Valid Indonesian mobile phone number
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Preferred withdrawal bank account details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) or registered e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja)

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. sby606 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to be authorized by you, and sby606 bears no liability for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login details.

4.1 Deposits. sby606 accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time. Currently supported deposit methods include local Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and registered e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed on the Platform's deposit page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. sby606 processes deposits in real time where technically possible; however, processing delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider are outside sby606's control and do not constitute a Platform fault.

4.2 Withdrawals. Members may request withdrawal of genuine winnings and deposited funds subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of the KYC verification process for accounts requesting withdrawals above Rp 5,000,000 per transaction or Rp 10,000,000 cumulative per calendar month.
• Compliance with any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the sby606 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 2–4 hours during business hours (09:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next business window.
• VIP-tier Members (Gold and above) enjoy priority withdrawal processing with typical turnaround under 2 hours.

4.3 Fees. sby606 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer or service fees independently of sby606. Members are responsible for any such third-party charges.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). sby606 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency.

sby606 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of activation, which form part of this Agreement. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requiremen ts are stated on each individual promotion page and typically range from 5x to 15x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible game categories as specified in the promotion details. Certain game types (e.g., live dealer baccarat, certain progressive jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• sby606 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited and partially wagered at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of activation. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements that expire will be removed from the Member's account automatically.
• sby606 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation of technical errors, collusion, or wagering patterns that indicate the Member is not engaging with the promotion in good faith.

All games available on sby606 — including sports betting markets (bandar bola, i.e., football betting), number draw games (togel, Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino tables, slots, and sabung ayam (cockfighting) streams — are governed by the rules of their respective game providers and any supplementary rules published on the Platform.

6.1 Certified Fairness. All digital casino games (slots, live dealer tables, virtual sports) offered on sby606 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. These systems are independently audited to ensure outcomes are statistically random and not manipulated by the Platform.

6.2 Sports Betting. Odds on sports betting markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other international competitions, are set by sby606's in-house trading team. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a market is suspended or closed. Bets accepted prior to an odds change are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.

6.3 Void Bets. sby606 reserves the right to declare a wager void where: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; (b) the wager was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error; (c) the wager was placed on a suspended market. Void bets are refunded to the Member's account balance in full.

6.4 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or technical fault, the Member must raise the issue with sby606 customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. sby606's records of all transactions and wager outcomes are deemed conclusive in the absence of demonstrable technical error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform under any identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with sby606 staff.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or RNG vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Colluding with other Members or with Platform staff to fix outcomes or manipulate betting markets.
• Placing wagers with the primary purpose of satisfying bonus wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent (so-called "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting").
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee profit at the expense of the Platform's intended odds structure.
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, or using VPNs, proxies, or other geo-masking tools to circumvent the Platform's geographic access controls.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sby606 customer support staff or other Members.

sby606 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. As part of this commitment, sby606 provides Members with the following tools and resources, all accessible from within the Member's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps set by the Member. Limits take effect immediately upon activation; increases to an existing limit require a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly net loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, the Member's account is automatically restricted from placing further wagers until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration after which the Member is automatically logged out. Session alerts can also be configured to notify the Member at set intervals.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic pop-up summaries of session duration and net win/loss position, displayed at intervals chosen by the Member (15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour).
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, the Member may not access their account, and sby606 will not send promotional communications to the Member. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit Members to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from sby606.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software, algorithm, or technical component of the Platform.
• Use the sby606 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without explicit written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial or competitive purpose.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) remains the intellectual property of their respective owners and is subject to those studios' own licensing terms in addition to this Agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sby606 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

sby606 shall not be liable to any Member for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other circumstance outside sby606's reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Delays, errors, or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallet operators (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• The accuracy, reliability, or legality of information provided by third-party game content providers.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain categories of loss, sby606's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Termination by the Member. Members may request closure of their account at any time by contacting sby606 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any genuine balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Member's registered withdrawal method following successful KYC verification.

11.2 Termination by sby606. sby606 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Discovery that the Member does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a legally valid request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Any conduct that sby606 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other Members.

Where an account is terminated by sby606 due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance associated with the breach (including winnings derived from prohibited conduct) may be forfeited in full. Genuine deposited funds not implicated in any breach will be returned to the Member within a reasonable period following investigation.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sby606 is licensed and incorporated, as disclosed in our platform documentation.

For Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling occupies a legally complex position under Indonesian law, and that you assume full personal responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under the laws of your specific location. sby606 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in Indonesia or any other jurisdiction from the perspective of the end user.

Any dispute between sby606 and a Member that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall first be referred to formal mediation before either party may commence legal proceedings. Both parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve disputes informally through sby606's customer support escalation process before invoking formal legal procedures.

sby606 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members are encouraged to review this page periodically.
